I remember enjoying taking photographs as a young girl. In college, I experimented with slide and print film, and had fun experimenting making my own black and white prints in the dark room. Over the last few years the advancements in quality in digital photography have made it an obvious transition for me to now photograph exclusively in digital format. I use Nikon cameras and lenses; and rarely use flashes or artificial lighting, as natural lighting presents so many more moods and options. Because I live indoors and work indoors, I’ve come to truly appreciate how photography allows me the opportunity to get out and interact with nature.
I would love to shoot you (with camera, of course)! Please contact me, and I'll put together a price estimate for you. My $50/hour sitting fee includes photos professionally re-touched, and an online gallery from which to order prints.)
Buying prints or merchandise:
For each image available to purchase there is a shopping cart icon and a "Buy This Photo" link above it in the gallery. Click on this link and a shopping cart window will pop up. Choose what size print or what merchandise you would like to order. You can go back to viewing the gallery by clicking "Back to Photos" at the bottom of the shopping cart, or go directly to the checkout by clicking "Checkout." Add as many prints to your shopping cart as you want; and view your cart or checkout at any time by clicking the "View Cart" button or the "Shopping Cart" link at the bottom of each page.
All images on this site are protected by a watermark (katetaylor.smugmug.com). This watermark will, of course, not be on the photos that you order.
Security:
The Shopping Cart and Checkout are secure sites through Smugmug. You are protected from anyone gaining access to your credit card information (including me). The order is handled entirely by SmugMug, the company that hosts this website and provides the ordering/printing system.
Quality Guarantee:
Orders are processed and shipped quickly. All photos purchased from this site are printed at a professional lab by experts with modern equipment to ensure the quality. If something does go wrong, you are covered by SmugMug's guarantee. If you are unhappy with your prints, they will reprint them or refund your order, whichever you prefer.
